Where we work

Ten towns across five counties. That is the whole list, and it is short on purpose — a company claiming forty towns is claiming a drive it will not make for a warranty callback in year seven.

We know at least two things about every town on this list that are not true of the other nine — the housing stock, who issues the permit, or something specific in its storm record. A town we could not say that about is a town we do not claim to work.

Drive times are routed rather than estimated, and they are free-flow figures with no traffic model in them — so treat every one as a floor rather than a promise. Counties served: Cherokee, Pickens, Bartow, Forsyth, north Cobb.

Covered from the Canton office

Dee Whitlow, Senior Project Manager, works the whole map rather than a patch — she is the one who gets sent when a claim has gone sideways in any of the five counties.

Each manager runs the towns they live near. Where nobody is assigned, the work is run out of the Canton office, and we say so rather than pretend the patch has somebody on it.
