Free Roof Inspection in Canton, GA
The inspection is free, it takes about forty-five minutes, and it ends with a written answer and dated photographs whether we find anything or not. We look
About forty-five minutes on an average house. Longer on a complicated roof, and we do not rush it because the photographs are the deliverable.

We write it down
A photo report and a written scope where there is something to scope. You get it whether or not you ever call us again.

You decide
If there is storm damage you may have a claim, and that decision is yours and your agent's. If you would rather just buy a roof, we price it and skip the rest. If there is nothing wrong, that is the answer and there is no next step.
What is the catch?
There is a real answer to this and it is not "there is no catch." The catch is that we are a roofing company and we would like to sell you a roof. What we will not do is manufacture a reason to. The inspection is free because getting on roofs is how we find the work that is genuinely there, and because a company that only inspects when there is a job in it ends up inventing jobs. If yours is fine you will get photographs and a sentence saying so, and we would rather you remembered that in four years than sold you something today.
