Lockridge Roofing & Exteriors collects what you type into the inspection form and nothing else. This page says what happens to it, and — because it is the part that matters more — what does not.

What the form collects

Whatever you type into it: why you are calling, roughly how old the roof is, how many stories, when a storm was, an insurance company, a claim number, up to eight photographs, and your name and contact details. Nothing is collected that the form does not visibly ask for.

There is no field asking for the amount of your insurance deductible, and there never will be. A contractor’s intake that collects that number is a document that looks like the first step of something, and there is no legitimate reason for a roofer to hold it.

What happens to it

It is emailed to the office and it is used to reply to you. It is not sold, it is not added to a mailing list, and the photographs are not published anywhere.

A claim number, if you give one, is marked for redaction: the server writes the field name and the number of characters to its log rather than the value, and it is left out of the acknowledgement email entirely. Free-text notes are treated the same way.

Analytics

If analytics is configured, a single event fires when a form is successfully submitted, and it carries three fields: why you are calling, which town, and the roof-age band. It carries no name, no phone number, no email address, no street address, no storm date, no carrier and no free text. That is not a policy, it is an allowlist in the code — anything not on it is dropped before it leaves the browser.

Photographs

Images you attach are resized in your browser before they are uploaded, so the upload survives a rural connection. On the server the file’s actual format is read from its first bytes rather than from what it claims to be, and anything that is not really an image is discarded rather than attached to an email.
